You must research which keywords are best for your website. Choose keywords that describe your website and make sure they are keywords visitors are likely to type in the search bar.

2. Forgetting the title tag

This is a common one beginner forget about. If your pages do not have individual descriptive titles, how will google or searches know what your page is about?

3. Too much flash

Googles bots do not read flash when they scan your site. If you want to use flash you must also use html mark up. FLash may look good but google is not too keen on it.

4. Back link spamming

A mistake that too many webmasters are making. Link farms are a no no. Google loves quality back links. Not a mass exchange of random links. Concentrate on getting quality, high pr, targeted links.

5. Keyword stuffing

Your content must make sense. Do not stuff your content full of keywords that have no relevance to your sentence. This will get you penalized in a flash.

10. Using unreliable hosting

This is one you probably wont find in other seo mistake articles, but when i write i write from experience and knowledge. Trust me, having an unreliable server and hosting will kill your campaign. Going down all the time, loading slow, how can your visitors or search engine spiders be expected to cope with this? What if google crawls your website at the same time your server is down? Catastrophe!
